We go to Tippy Dam.We live in Wellston which is about 45 miles south of Traverse.I believe you guys are moving there when you sell your house right? My hubby and I walked the stairs.Very steep very long.I have a hard time going down I feel the need to hold on so I don't tumble down.Coming back up is much easier for me yeah it tires me but I feel safer. My hubby admitted he had mild chest pain when we came home.Scarey.I rode my bike about 4 miles around our small lake while the damily fished, lovely weather.

For some odd reason Tippy Dam sounds familiar.  Yes, we'll be moving to Interlochen when we sell.  No offers yet tho.

Hey all,

I sleep pretty good, in fact I love to sleep.  However, since I'm in my late 40's now I do have a tendency to wake up at 3 or so and not be able to fall back asleep for an hour or two, which sucks especially when I have to get up to work a few hours later.  Ahhhh.. ain't getting old a bi#$h!!

Hope your tummy's better Pam.

Afternoon all,

Just getting online for the day.  Someone hit a telephone pole and/or transformer, and knocked the power out until about 11:30.

I sleep better, but I wish I could get rid of my cpap.  The last time I was tested, they told me I would probably have it the rest of my life regardless of how much weight I lost.   If my husband slept through the night it would be even better.

Have a great one, and get out and enjoy the sunshine.

Pam

Hello everybody -

I don't think I've slept well since having my first baby.  I always wake up.  I hate it.  Nothing I take makes me sleep the whole night through.  I don't even know what that is like anymore.  I can't remember the last time I did.  It's probably why I'm tired all the time.
